  • 95% complete: It includes interior doors, trim, cabinets, washer/dryer hookups, finished plumbing with fixtures, countertops, and energy efficient heating/cooling system. You are responsible for adding such features as floor coverings, paint, or any additional upgrades.

Floor plan: An architectural drawing of a home, drawn to scale as if viewed from above.

Lot: A term often used to describe a piece of land that a home will be built on.

New Home Gallery: A Neatherlin Homes model home center, a location to view and tour model homes.

Subcontractor: Independent workers with specialized skills and experience, such as a painter, carpenter or plumber.

Tender: To turn over the home from the builder to the homeowner.

Upgrade: To choose a material, appliance, or other option that is not standard.
