Here’s how it works:
Personally accompany your client to a sales center and complete a Realtor registration package. This referral relationship is valid for 60 days from the date of registration.
When the customer signs a contract and it has been accepted by JWH, you receive a letter notifying you of the contract.
First sale: 3% commission is payable to your sponsoring broker when the home goes under construction. There is no guarantee as to when the home enters construction, as situations vary.
Second sale within one calendar year of the first client: 3% commission + a $100 American Express Gift Cheque (payable to your broker)
Third sale within one calendar year of the first client: 3% commission + a $200 American Express Gift Cheque (payable to your broker)
Fourth sale and beyond within one calendar year of the first client: 3% commission + a $300 American Express Gift Cheque (payable to your broker)
